Queued topics

I havn't looked into who is queing topics, but whoever it is should just delete them, rather than do that.

All over the board it says "Queued topics: 2, posts: 7" etc.

damn, that shit was a pain in the ass, i tried setting the topics visible and moving them to the junkyard, but it was easier to just delete them.
